This is part of its commitment to establishing a fair and transparent business environment that safeguards the rights of all parties. These were addressed in accordance with approved legal procedures, with necessary measures taken to resolve them and ensure that establishments comply with the state's laws and regulations. The department emphasized that these efforts are part of its strategy to boost consumer confidence and improve compliance in markets by intensifying supervision and directly engaging with customer complaints, thereby enhancing the quality of services provided. Director of the Commercial Control and Protection Administration, Faisal Abdullah Alioun, stressed the importance of consumer awareness in protecting their rights, urging the necessity of being cautious when receiving official purchase invoices that include all agreement details, alongside ensuring clear and written contracts with suppliers to guarantee all parties' rights and limit commercial disputes.
